170 calories of thin pita, whole-wheat, (1 pita, large (6-1/2″ dia) only 18 carbs per pita
45 calories of Mozzarella, Fat Free, (0.25 cup) [we use Daiya fake mozzarella cheese
20 calories of Pizza or Tomato Sauce, (0.25 cup)
